Assessments
Assessments enable you to build up questionnaires to measure the progress with specific Maturity Models.
As time goes on Assessments are a powerful way to demonstrate progress and to highlight where the organisation needs to improve.
Multiple locations can be assessed on a shared score basis. Once assessments are done then you can prioritise follow up activities that will move the organisation to the next level of excellence.
Submissions
A “Submission” is where a team perform an assessment, answer the questions and save the answers under a submission name.
A “Submission” is “doing the assessment”, “submitting the answers to a Question Set”.
Multiple Submissions can be made against any assessment design (any “Question Set”), so long as they are all given unique names e.g. GDPR Submission Q4 2025, GDPR Submission Q2 2026, etc.
