Module Overview
When a user logs onto the system they are taken to their own specific Home Page.
Their Home Page will advise them if they have actions or projects to work on.
The arrows will direct Users directly to their activity.
Home Page Functions
- Users can create a new project directly from the Home Page.
- They can assign a specific Project Model to the project
- They can connect the new project to a listed Programme.
- Users can suggest improvement ideas directly from their Home Page
- Users can advise the programme team of improvements and innovations they have made recently.
Report a Problem
- Users can report a problem directly from their home page.
- This will add the problem to the Root Cause Fix database in preparation for analysis and action.
Read Announcements
- The team driving the use of the platform can make announcements for everyone to view on the Home Page.
- This could take the form of news or events announcements or whatever is topical from a programme perspective.
- The announcements can be created in multimedia form which users can access via “Find Out More”
